Miga Solutions created Miga.com as a specialty marketplace to help healthcare providers get the most value from medical and IT equipment. Built on the premise that transparency is good for healthcare, our goal is to provide an open and collaborative environment for healthcare professionals to find, buy, sell and maximize savings on medical and IT equipment, PPE and disinfecting supplies.

We work with many of the world’s leading hospitals, manufacturers and resellers and together, we aim to reduce the cost of healthcare by making the market for medical and IT equipment and related suppliers more efficient.

Miga Solutions has pioneered benchmarking 2.0, with its proprietary Equipment Value Management System ®(EVMS). EVMS provides better, more complete pricing information with tools and services that enable hospitals to realize 12-16% incremental annual savings across their entire medical and IT equipment lifecycle.
